I had 3 rounds of interview. 2 telephonic and 1 VC with the Founder.
The interview process were good in terms of knowing the culture of the org. and the questions asked seemed relevant.

The wanted to know if I am married in all 3 rounds as if 1 time wasn't enough.
I also got an offer without any hike and was discouraged to see that the offer was lesser than my previous org.
