* The HR, Shannon, was the most organized person ever. She was also very responsive and helpful during the interview process.

* First interview was mainly about technical skills and general interest in the company
* Interview with HR was getting to know the applicant and expectations
* Take home challenge was very interesting and directly related to the eSpark's business model
* In-office interview was a round of: rate yourself questions, general technical skills, going over the take-home challenge and make changes, whiteboarding, and last but not the least culture and business overview discussions
