Face to face interview with multiple people - Lasted 6 + hours and i felt like i should have gotten a full days pay for it.

The whole thing went down over a weekend and was very fast. I had a call with a recruiter on Friday and they said come in for an interview the next Thursday (6+ hours) and gave me a take home assignment to complete. I finished it over the weekend and by Tuesday the next week they gave me an offer. All communication was through the recruiter did not really communicate with management at all.
