The interview overall went well. The Founder was pleasant and clearly loves his business. He loves to talk too, very passionate about his products and customers. However, I felt that I didn't get a chance to express myself enough, it was hard to get a word in and I didn't want him to think I was a bad listener. I spoke with another lady in account management who was pleasant. Overall I spent one hour at the office, enjoyed my time. I expressed my interest in the job after we agreed on salary expectations and the role's responsibilities. The only problem is that I didn't get an answer from the Founder who said he would be in touch. He ignored my email and phone call, something I was a bit surprised considering how warm he was in person. I had the recruiter inform me a week later that it wasn't going to work out (still not sure why). I didn't like that, I'd rather have the Founder tell me directly why it wasn't going to work or why he changed his mind.
