Interview
A series of negotiations with the then HR Director. They have since dissolved HR to allow local managers in Austin to harass employees freely. These negotiations were followed with a positive and encouraging call with their VP of Sales. Finally, there was a call with the CEO which consisted of him sharing drunken stories and "how high" he got over the previous few weeks. All in all a very easy process.
