Interview Process was smooth and professional. You submit your application, If they are interested in you they will respond. Once contacted you will do a phone interview and start a 2 day training if you do well in the interview. The process was actually pretty quick I'd say about 1 week to get to training.

they ask you what hours you'd like to work, but they dont tell you, if you dont work these hours, you'll be terminated from the company, but the nice lady that conducted the interview with me was extremely professional
