I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at eClinicalWorks (Mumbai) in Feb 2017
Interview
I applied at eClinicalWorks through a recruitment firm.
I went for the first round of interview and the HR put me for CSAT (Customer-SATisfaction) process. The first round was a basic interview about yourself- educational qualifications, work experience, family members, how soon can you join us incase if you get selected. Depending on your confidence and voice tone, the HR will put you for a particular process. I got a feedback that I need to speak loud and confident. I was shortlisted for the CSAT process.
The 2nd round of interview was interviewed by the Team Leader for CSAT process. I felt comfortable during the interview. The Team leader asked me- tell me something about yourself, why did you leave your previous organizations, Why do you want to work for CSAT at eclinical works?
Do not say that you are looking out for career and growth for this process because this is a monotonous job process where you have to call customers to pitch for the survey. I had said that I was looking for career and the Team Leader was good enough to frankly tell me that there is no career in this process and CSAT process is a monotonous process.
If you want to get through this process, you should say things like I have good soft skills and good communication so I can make use of it while communicating with the customers.
The recruitment firm gave me wrong information about the process.
Always ask the HR what is the job description, then prepare accordingly if you wish to join for that particular process.
When I got rejected in the 2nd round, the HR was frank enough to tell me that I am rejected, if we have any openings in future we will call you.
I appreciate that they were straight-forward and frank while interviewing me.
For some processes in this company there is career and growth and learning opportunities.
Whilst processes like CSAT have no growth.
If you are going in the evening after 5 pm for the interview, then beware of Andheri's traffic. I got off at Saki Naka Metro station and it is a 10 min walk. Buses are available but you have to wait for an average 5-10 min for a bus, many rickshaws do not go there. It's best to go walking. See on Google maps. It took me a total of 2 hours to travel from Khar to eclinical works.
