I was contacted by e4 on Aug 30th through OfferZen for an interview. The first interview was scheduled for Sep 7th. On the same day, I received the developer assessment. I submitted my assessment feedback on September 11th, but I did not receive any feedback after following up on my assessment. I received a second interview request for September 27th, but only one person joined the meeting late, and the main person was not available. As a result, the interview had to be rescheduled. I got a rescheduled interview request for October 5th. During my interview panel on October 5th, the line manager promised to provide feedback by the end of the day. I sent a follow-up email on October 9th to inquire about the status of my application. I also sent a message on the OfferZen platform on October 26th. However, I have not received any feedback to date. While being rejected is acceptable, not responding to emails is unprofessional. Furthermore, during the interview process, the HR department only sent interview requests without confirming interview times.
