Very informal, they were late in attending. Left me sat outside reading a sheet of paper and a leaflet for 30 minutes before the interview. The 2 people who interviewed me were friendly and down to earth and to be fair to them, they did make me feel comfortable. It was very relaxed but not a lot of conversation was had about the job itself, it was mainly to do with my hobbies and interests outside of work.
