Interview
I had an in person interview and it was relatively relaxed. They asked questions based off my resume which I'd provided earlier. I'd say the whole process was to see how well I could present myself. It was casual and it was 1-on-1.

Applied online. I then received call a few days later and went in for an interview. The questions were simple, average interview questions. Got a call a few days later for a job offer.

Interview
Was emailed to participate in a group interview, about 10 of us attended after hours, interview took about 30 mins. The managers introduced themselves and the position, and then we went around the circle and introduced ourselves with a career goal, hobby and unique fact. 1st activity they partnered us up and we had to get to know our partner and then in front of the group tell them why our partner would best suit the position. 2nd activity we were given a product and to state the feature and benefit of that product to the group.
