They start with phone screen with HR, then they schedule an interview with the hiring manager, and you are called in for an onsite interview with a panel of interviewers.

Interview with manager and future peers following a lunch with them. I got feedback in one month time. Nice atmosphere during the interview. Hotel and flights were reimbursed by the company

Multistage process with members of research group and manufacturing. Spoke with members at all levels within the organization. Overall great process and would recommend it to others searching. Things were a bit slow I. Hearing back but somewhat standard for most companies.
