Overall, I had a positive experience interviewing for the position, despite making it to the final round and not getting the offer. There was a 3 part interview process. A phone interview with the HR rep, an interview with the Director of Consulting, and then an in-person (3 hr) interview with the team plus presentation. Throughout the process, I was kept abreast of my status via email and I even got a phone call letting me know that I did not get the position, which I appreciated. The only noteworthy concern was the lack of diversity (e.g., people of color) in the organization.
