Group interviews, around 8 people for the same position. Interviewer asked why do you want to work at the CNE and we each took turns answering, what do you like about the CNE, and one more question, 3 questions in total, then we were asked which positions we wanted then we went to another room to fill out paperwork. We all got the jobs. some people required training before the start of the job which was 1 day of training paid, the vehicles included go-cart, sweeper, tractor, and I was the only one that go to drive a Pick up Truck :D and I did not need training, however it would of helped because the grounds is like a maze, and training would of helped to get a feel of the grounds before your first day of work.
