At first you have to send them an email with a cv and a cover email. When they accept to interview, then they schedule a Skype call that lasts for 30 min and ask you general things about you. They asked me about my past work experience and as far as I can tell, they are interested in people with background from management & consulting firms. They like to call themselves a startup, but they seemed more than a typical firm to me.
