Process was clearly explained and I heard back quickly with their decision. I initially received a call requesting an interview within the week. After the interview, I was told to hear something within the next two weeks and heard an answer within the week.

Positions are announced via the website and filtered by HR before going to the Director or PM which posted the position. If you know someone at the company and you're qualified you can ask them to insure you make it past the HR screening.
It's a very typical, even easy, interview. You'll speak to HR, some peers from the position you're interviewing for, your PM, and usually the Director. No highly technical questions were asked even for a technical position, only a high level over view of your capabilities.

I can honestly say I didn't get any terribly difficult or unexpected questions. If you're applying for a technical position I guess questions about corporate culture and how you interact as part of a team with a wide range of skill sets could throw you off.
