deciBel Research interview questions

The interview process was pretty simple and straight forward. There was one interview and you here back later. The questions were simple and straight forward as well. They talked about the company, normal stuff.

Positions are announced via the website and filtered by HR before going to the Director or PM which posted the position. If you know someone at the company and you're qualified you can ask them to insure you make it past the HR screening. It's a very typical, even easy, interview. You'll speak to HR, some peers from the position you're interviewing for, your PM, and usually the Director. No highly technical questions were asked even for a technical position, only a high level over view of your capabilities.
