de Beaumont Foundation interview questions

I had two interviews a week apart. I was told that I will have two more interviews. Both my interviews went well but I was ghosted after the second interview. I wasn't expecting this level of unprofessionalism from an organization as esteemed as de Beaumont Foundation.

Interviewed with staff, then CEO, at Bethesda office. It was friendly and informal. They asked for work examples and writing samples. The interview lasted almost two hours. I also met with two members of the board.
