I was very excited to interview here because it seemed like an exciting an growing company to be a part of. I had a friend get me in contact with one of the recruiters, who were very happy to bring me in to interview after a very quick phone screen. I met with 3 or 4 people, had an office tour, and took a 30 minute written test, both situational and writing tests. I left feeling pretty great because I made great connections with everyone I talked with and felt like I would fit in great culturally and skill-wise. The interview was on a Tuesday or Wednesday, and they said they'd get back to me by Friday. No call, no email, ever, even after following up multiple times. Poor experience since they didn't give me the time of day once they decided I wasn't a fit I guess and that's not a company I'd want to work for.
