      Technical Solutions Architect Interview

      Apr 23, 2021
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Stamford, CT
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at cxLoyalty (Stamford, CT) in Apr 2021

      Interview

The interview process started with what I believe to be out source HR individual. The HR resource was professional enough. After a long process where I did not receive an offer I felt it not worth to put the HR resource no the spot to explain whyI did not get an offer for employment. The whole process took 2 months of time. Overall the interview processes as you might expect became more difficult. The technical interviewers were less considerate with regard to showing for the interview. The Enterprise Solutions / IT Architect did not show for an initial 6:00 AM EST interview. No issue we rescheduled. This interview included some business architecture questions, solutions architecture questions, integration patterns questions and more. The interview was challenging and felt I held my own as I received a second interview with Sr. Director / Chief Architect. The Sr. Director / Chief Architect did not attend my interview but sent a resource who I thought was a Technical Solutions Architect in his stead. I thought this interview went well, but you know you're not correct with respect to the actual result. I thought I might be a good fit considering cxLoyalty is an AWS cloud shop and I recently became certified by passing my AWS Certified Solutions Architect Certification exam in January 2021. I did thank the HR resource for their time. I thought I was a good fit since in my previous solution architecture role related to our businesses loyalty partner, web and mobile development. So go for it your mileage may vary.
