campus property management interview questions

Interviewed at a random building that looked unwell. I believe this was a temporary spot but either way I was walked down a hall to a room at which I seen what would appear to be an office, on the way but it had a bed as if someone was sleeping or living there. Then the hiring manager asked me about my religion then proceeded to take a personal phone call in the middle of my interview. The content of this call was also very inappropriate. I was told I was over qualified for the position and proceed to tell me they already hired a general manager that I had basically interviewed for a leasing agent position. I’ve heard bad things, but run!
