bp Learning Manager interview questions

There were a number of emails between the hiring manager and myself about my experience. This was followed by an hour long phone interview with the hiring manager, and a peer of the available position. I was then invited to a formal interview with 3 interviewers. In each interview, they explained role I was applying for in more detail, then discussed my resume experience all the way back to college. We then covered some of the challenges the role faced, and how I had dealt with similar in the past or would deal with them now. On the way to/from the reception the conversation was very relaxed and friendly - but covered off my availability to start the job
