      Technical Support Representative Interview

      I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at bp in Jan 2015

      Interview

      There was a phone interview followed by a face to face panel style interview. The Panel interview was a lot of experience based questions as well as several situation and troubleshooting questions. The experience based questions were to analyze how you would react moving forward. They also were geared towards customer service since this is a big part of the position.
