Telephone interview with two directors, one pushy and rude, the other declined to ask any questions and stayed silent. Seemed not to want me to succeed in the interview. Surprisingly progressed to multiple face interviews and an offer. The face to face were pleasant and well structured focused on skills enabling navigation of a large global organisation with deeply rooted resistance to change. I should have spotted the warning signals.
