Interview
Competency based telephone interview. I guess BP must hire another professional recruitment group to complete the initial telephone interview. The interviewer was nice, but I was so nervous because this was the first interview I have ever taken. Although I failed this interview, I got insights about how those big companies select their ideal candidates and also know how the competency based interviews look like. I believe next time I can be the successful candidates.
