Waste of time basically. If you already know what type of candidate you are looking for why waste time. If you were using the data from the personality test it would have told you everything you needed to know. The personality test made me roll my eyes. They tried to sell the company hard like they are amazing but not according to the reviews. -Male interviewer talked entirely too much while the woman interviewer appeared oblivious and uninterested in the process.
