      Lesson Partner Interview

      Feb 19, 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Tokyo
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at b-cafe (Tokyo) in Nov 2014

      Interview

Two interviews and many confusing emails. The second interview came four weeks after the first. I had actually thought I hadn't gotten the job. They asked me to go in to meet the CEO so I cleared my schedule, got all dressed up, had an interview with the same interviewer who asked me the same questions and didn't meet the CEO. I was asked about my availability about five or six times. It didn't seem to matter what format I gave it to them, they got it confused. The schools look lovely but the pay rate really is that low.
