Interview
1 hour interview, 30 minute split between HR representatives and 30 minutes with the Head of Engineering. Conducted virtually. HR portion was more relaxed, the focus seemed to be more on getting to know the candidate. Technical portion required thought and the interviewer was much more critical on how the questions were being answered. Also tested your confidence ("are you sure?")

Interview
The interview process was very pleasant. I met with a member of HR and senior engineering management. The beginning of the interview was comprised mainly of small talk, and the interviewers spent about 5 minutes getting to know my background. The next phase, which lasted the majority of the entire interview, was comprised of a series of technical questions. It concluded with discussions about salary expectations as well what I expected from this position.
