Lengthy interview process with unspecific tasks that weren't properly tailored to the position. Had one interview with HR and then two more interviews. The final interview was redundant, the interviewers weren't prepared and repeated information that was already given in the first round of interviews. They seemed happy with the test that I had to do, but i didn't receive an offer and was given no explanation or feedback, despite having asked for it. Waste of time.

Interview
The interview had two stages. The first one was with HR and the second one with the manager where I also did a short task. After both stages I was informed about the results of the conversations. The manager informed me very thoroughly about the specifics of the job. Overall the process was very smooth and both HR and the manager were responsive.

What is one thing that you care about most in your last job?
They were great at asking core questions and how to identify the candidates strengths and flaws. It was a smooth process with particular issues. The questions were greatly engaging and it seems as if they were really trying to learn their candidates.
