Session was smooth, Was conducted with 2 panels; HR head & Manager. Both are welcoming and shares a lot. It was a fruitful interview. Interview mostly case-to-case (STAR) method. I appreciate how they also being transparent on the role expectation as well as the current challenges encountered by the department.

The interview went so smooth and no much pressure as expected. The procurement department does welcoming new incomers. Though need to prepare with soft skills and willing to learn somthing new.
