Two interviews - one fifteen minute phone interview and then one Skype interview. The phone interview was a little bit scripted - she seemed to be pretty nice but she was more interested in why I wanted to Alliantgroup specifically and why I wanted this particular job. That's usually not a great sign - the ratings for this company have not been very high and usually good companies (from previous interviews) don't ask you those generic questions. She seemed to be pretty supportive of me wanting to get a higher degree later on in my career and she was looking for a very particular type of personality: bubbly, assertive, and optimistic. My following Skype interview was with another lady who was quite rude. Her video and connection was bad and I could see a scowl on her face until she ultimately turned off her video and made me keep mine on. She asked the same questions as her colleague (which...why???) and then immediately backed off when I told her I wanted to get an advanced degree. I ended the conversation because I honestly cannot see myself working for a company like this and I didn't want to listen to her try and talk me out of going back to school
