There were two rounds of interview. I had to answer questions related to problem solving and they tested my communication skills. Before the interview rounds, there was an aptitude test and a group discussion round. The applicants were eliminated after each round. At last, only 3 applicants were chosen out of the 300 that had applied for the job.

They first conduct the GD , select from each group only 1/2. Depends on how much candidate are present for walk in. After that there will be aptitude test/Interview depends.

This was my first interview. It was a great experience. I gave technical interview ,after that I was rejected, so I don't know about HR interview. They ask you questions based on your resume and basics in engineering subjects of corresponding fields.

The aptitude test started 3 hours late. Aptitude test consists of 10 General quantitative questions. There was negative marking and were 5.
I was selected for the next round i.e. Group Discussion. But I could not reach the HR interview round.
