Interview Process:
I recently interviewed for a senior position and my experience was extremely disappointing. The interview was conducted by the CEO, and it was one of the most unprofessional interactions I've ever had.
Unprofessional Behavior:
From the beginning, the CEO was dismissive and rude. He seemed disinterested in my responses.
Lack of Respect:
The company does not respect the candidates. The CEO's attitude conveyed a clear lack of respect for candidates. It was apparent that they did not appreciate the time and effort candidates put into preparing for the interview.
Negative Work Culture:
This interview experience gave me significant insight into the work culture at Zuventus. If the CEO, who sets the tone for the entire organization, behaves in such a manner, it speaks volumes about the company's values and work environment. The lack of professionalism and respect from the top management is likely indicative of a broader issue within the company's culture.
