Should focus on competitive intelligence, market intelligence, reports, summaries. Should be well versed with MS office. Should be flexible and be able to work on weekends (not all the weekends but when required).

The interview process was really smooth with HR guiding me at every step. It involved assessment test at first stage, which involved logical, arithmetic, situation based questions, email writing, etc. which was easy to clear. After clearing the first round, the second round was with Manager, which included questions about my current work experience and then few case studies (data given and then we have to give few insights based on the data). Third round was with India Head - Consulting which again comprised of work experience and then data processing sets (data of customer and their sale value available, divide the data in 5 charts such that each chart will contain equal sale value). With correct preparation and confidence, the interview was not that difficult to crack and the HR there is very supportive, informing and guiding us on what to prepare for the next round of interview.
