Easy, laid back. Came in for a 1 hr panel interview. Ended up being almost 3 hrs but met with the entire executive and HR team which was nice. Honestly, the only caveat of this role was the title of the position was misleading, essentially instead of Head of Talent and Retention, they wanted a recruiter with expanded responsibilities at recruiter compensation. It was a quick, straightforward process which I appreciated and everyone seemed very nice.
