It is a regular interview process, one with the HR and then the GM and lead. Basic questions of the jobs are asked but also about the philosophy of the workplace because they want to create a place where not only your working experience is important but also your mentality

Interview
First I had to apply online and upload a CV and cover letter. Furthermore, you had to answer a number of questions online. Then I was quickly contacted (after 2 days) and invited to a Zoom Interview. After that I heard back the next day that they would not proceed with my application further. They did not tell me a specific reason, just that my qualities do not match the position. I wanted to get more information on what I could improve for my next job interview and offered to do an internship instead, but I have never gotten a response. Throughout the process, the HR Manager and the GM for Vienna were really nice and I felt that we had a good talk and was also pleased with the quick interview invite and the rejection.
However, I think it is a shame that I did not get any response anymore, because as a young professional in the tourism industry in times of corona more feedback on how I did during the online interview or what was the exact reason for the rejection would have been really beneficial for me (especially since I asked). But I think it is a great company and I hope to visit it one day!
