Phone screened for about 45 minutes. Went extremely well. Was later contacted by HR Recruiter for next process for in person interview with HR Director. Met with HR Director who asked me questions off of a piece of paper, not very conversational or anything. As a recruiter myself it was not how I would of interviewed someone. I guess I did well and made it to a panel interview. I was interviewed behaviorial questions by the HR Recruiter and 3 women and 3 men sat in. It was intimidating because I was not expecting it. I felt like it was more of a interrogation then a friendly interview. A Engineer sat in the interview and could care less when I was speaking to him. Left on a good note, however didn't get warm and fuzzies. Sent a thank you email to Recruiter and Director. Only heared back from recruiter. I was not selected for the position however they felt I was better fitted for recruiter role. They asked me if I would be interested and then I said yes. Then I never heard back. That was lovely.
