Begin with 2 phone screens that were mostly high-level questions about background with a few technical questions thrown in. Great opportunity to learn more about the team and company. Then, they provide a 3-hour take-home assignment a in any coding environment you choose. It's a pretty open-ended problem and there are many ways to approach it.
