The interview process is pretty typical to every other company’s interview process. Talk with a recruiter about the company and the roles, technical assessment, and then a few hours worth of technical rounds for the final loop. Nothing out of the ordinary. The experience with the actual interviewers was mixed. Some made me feel welcome and like they cared about the interview, others made it clear that they didn’t want to be there, barely talked to me, and overall came off as rude.

Interview
After an internal recruiter screen, scheduled a ~45 minute technical interview, with a starting format of "debug this problem, then fix it". After that, quickly scheduled two additional coding interviews and one system design interview.
The process, including rejection, was fairly quick.
