Zinpro interview questions

Completed one phone interview and three in person interviews. Everyone was very professional and pleasant. The questions asked were on target. I declined the offer because of work-life balance concerns. It became evident to me that there would be a lot of travel and most likely after hours on call requirements. None of these expectations were mentioned in the job description. The company also requested that I complete all new hire paperwork before my first day. I was also required to be in communication with my supervisor several times before my first day.

I had a 30 minute phone interview. I was told they would get back to me within the next week or so. I never received a call back or a denial email stating they were pursuing other candidates. I heard nothing even after a follow up email with the HR representative. I thought that was very unprofessional.
