Zinio interview questions

The entire process took around 1.5 months and consisted on 1 interview with HR Manager, another with the Hiring manager and the last one in site with the team. There was also a Cognitive and Personality test. The experience was very positive and the process was totally professional and well taken care of. All the interview questions made sense for the position and the interviewers seems to have a genuine interest on knowing more deeply about you. It was an interesting experience which made me learn a little about the interesting industry. HR Manager kept me informed about next steps. Unfortunately there was no offer at the end but HR manager was extremely thoughtful on explaining the selection results and giving me feedback.

4 rounds for interview: algorithm (1h) > break ( 20min) > System design(40 min) > break(20min) > talk to team lead(30 min) > break (10min) > talk to HR ( 10 min) . waiting 2 weeks for response and get offer letter.
