Applied online for the Regulatory Affairs Associate position and got an immediate call within 1 hour after I had applied from the Human Resources personnel for the initial screening interview and had a second interview with the Regulatory Affairs Manager.

What problems have you faced at your current job and how did you overcome?
Red flags all over interview process. Hiring manager gave very questionable answer to question about the company's culture. Interviewer was also late to interview with no explanation. Didn't hear back for four months.
Interview process included phone interview and virtual interview. Both interviews went great, and I was asked by the HR to provide an availability to schedule for another interview with the manager and another team member. I provided my availability, but never heard back again.

Interview
The interview was simple and quick. It was an entry-level position, and therefore, no experience was required. The offer was received within two days of the interview. The interviewer asked about relocating as the position was onsite.
