I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Ziegler in Apr 2024
Interview
Pretty straightforward - behavioral, technical, and then superday with the team. Behavioral interview really grills into the "why banking" so make sure you have a convincing answer to that. Technical interview was pretty standard (asked about 3 statement financials, cost of equity, basic valuation questions).

Resume grill, interest in their industry focuses, debt related technicals
Ghosted after second round, zero response back from them. Second round purely technical. Very basic IB questions - DCF, accounting questions, valuation questions. First round was fully behavioral. Overall very straightforward unsure why I never received a follow up.
