Applied to their website and got a job interview about 2 weeks later. The interview was no longer than 15 minutes, they ask about your background, what music you like etc. They pay 12.50 starting and after a while it goes up but it is not specified. Pretty okay-ish but I got the impression they want a certain type of worker there. Ghosted after the interview. Pretty unprofessional to me overall which is such a shame.
