The interview process start with a typical phone screening and next was a 30 minute phone call. The final interview is a 2 hour and 15 minute interview with 4 different people. After the final interview, I never heard back from the company. I considered this to be a great interview and was sure to send everyone a thank you afterwards. Very unprofessional on their part.
