The on-campus hiring process is conducted in four stages.
The first stage is a paper-based aptitude test, where students are evaluated on their problem-solving and reasoning abilities.
Those who qualify move on to the second stage, which is the group discussion round, designed to assess communication skills, teamwork, and clarity of thought.
The third stage is the technical round, where candidates are tested on their core technical knowledge and problem-solving approach in their respective subjects.
Finally, the process concludes with a combined Technical and HR interview (TR+HR), which evaluates both technical expertise and personal attributes such as confidence, attitude, and cultural fit.
