Had a first zoom meeting to which my interviewer showed up 15 minutes late to the half an hour call. Then received no communication for about two months, then received a phone call telling me I’d have an interview the following week. After that I had no correspondence and all emails following up on the interview I sent were ignored. Didn’t even get told that they had clearly changed their mind. Then I get sent an automated email a month and a half later saying that they’re considering other applicants
