Zero Hash Software Engineer interview questions

HR phone screen, technical phone screen, coding challenge, in person interview w/ tech team, in person interview w/ CTO and one of the founders. I was told many times as I progressed through the interview process that I was given great feedback and they were looking forward to the next step of the interview process. After my final interview I was told I would hear back within a week. After two weeks, I followed up and was told that they were reevaluating their needs but promised to get back to me by the end of the week. I never heard back from them. I found this to be very unprofessional given the amount of time involved with this process. I see the position is still open months later. I would advice anyone applying to be cautious. On a more positive note, everyone I talked to was very friendly and it seemed like an exciting place to work.
