I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Zerin Business Consulting (McLean, VA) in Oct 2015
Interview
I got a call from the HR and then an interview the next day. They sent me a confirmation email which looks professional. People there are kind and the interview is smooth. They asked typical questions like your strength and weakness, your definition of leadership. However, they never talk about your daily job even though I asked them. They just keep talking how successful this company is and how bright your future would be. They even offered me an opportunity to work in Europe if I did well here. It starts to look weird to me. Later that day I got a call for the second interview but I declined. After reading all the reviews here, I believe the jobs they are posting have nothing to do with business consulting. BE CAREFUL!!! READ ALL THE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO GO!!!

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Zerin Business Consulting
Interview
Received a phone call Thursday morning from a cheerful young lady who found my resume on a job board and said that I was an ideal candidate for a position at her company. She asked if the Falls Church area was still good for me. She spoke very fast and didn't explain anything. I thought it was a joke. Nonetheless, I scheduled an interview for the following afternoon. I emailed her and asked for a position description and read some reviews online. Turned out to be a glorified door to door sales position.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Zerin Business Consulting (Arlington, VA)
Interview
I was contacted by Zerin's HR person and asked if I would be interested in coming in for an interview. I had never heard of the company but figured I would come in and see if it was interesting. The initial interview was very short and easy, and I got called back within a couple hours inviting me in for a follow up interview. The second interview seemed to be more of a personality interview than anything else. I had coffee with one of the Executives and then another brief interview with the CEO, all easy questions.
