      Middleware Administrator Interview

      Feb 1, 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Zelevate in Dec 2024

      Interview

It's kind of pathetic, there is a 1hr 30min long first round and it was quite out of the page. I have never seen any company taking one and half hour interview. They don't have their own interview panel they hire people who are already doing jobs to be the interviewer by paying them some amount per interview. Most of the interviews will be held on weekends that's why. Me being a 3 YOE person there were no scenario/generic questions They have a code editor in their own meeting web application so right after you are done with your intro, they ask you to write code They asked about writing 20+ coding questions in that 1 and half hour interview. And don't be in a rush this is not the final round this is their way of screening and they send to the clients and the clients take another 2 rounds after this. After this coding rounds you might be thinking the clients could be MAANG lol nooo They are just some product startups. codemonk, and Licious are the only two renowned ones SO IF U GET A CALL JUST DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS B.S
