Interview
Process begins with a phone screening with a Talent Acquisition Manager. Interviews are scheduled over Zoom and/or in person. In person was awesome was scheduled back to back 30min panels.

Question 1
They asked very typical interview questions: why do you want the role, what do know about their operations, how do you handle situations...one portion that stood out to me was solving 2 brain teasers. They were used to practice critical thinking skills under pressure.
