Two 45-minute phone interviews in three days. The first one is mainly about signal processing and image processing. It might be because my background in Electronic Engineering. The second one is mostly coding. The questions are not too hard. They seemed to test my knowledge in basic data structures and algorithms.

The interview process itself was okay, 1 virtual interview and 1 face-to-face interview in the Zebra Colombo office.
However, after this, I was sprung upon the question of being asked about my previous salary slip and pay information. This is very unprofessional and
should not be asked from candidates. Salaries should be awarded based on merit, knowledge, experience and the job role/description.
I firmly mentioned that i will not share this info, and afterwards i was dropped from the selection process, which is very unethical and a complete waste of my time.
